You are required to present the request to our Fund Screening Committee. We will contact you to coordinate your appointment. Our upcoming meetings are held in the VFW, please look at the Calendar in this web-site to see the dates. Applications must arrive at least one week before the meeting.

1. We will discuss your request the same day after your presentation and if we find it appropriate we will forward it with our recommendation to the Board of Directors and General Assembly. It can take some time until you receive our response regarding your request and some additional time for the funding to reach you.
