INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUNDING APPLICATION

To advance your request please takes care of the following:

1.Complete the application form.
2.It helps if you could add/attach any material or information that is relevant. Such as whom benefits from the funding and background that can help understand the need.
3.Send the application and materials to me. The completed form needs to be in my hands two days before the Fund Screening Committee meeting (see below).
4.We require from you to come present the request to our Fund Screening Committee. Contact me to coordinate your appointment. Our upcoming meetings are held in the VFW, please look at the Calendar in this web-site to see the dates. Applications must arrive at least one week before the meeting.

We will discuss your request same day after your presentation and if we find it appropriate we will forward it with our recommendation to the Board of Directors and General Assembly. It can take some time until you receive our response regarding your request and some additional time for the funding to reach you.
